Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Partybloom lawfully and not to:

• Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, accounts or systems.
• Scrape, copy or resell our content, product photography or original theme artwork without permission.
• Submit false, fraudulent or someone else's payment or personal details.
• Use the site to break the law or infringe others' rights.

Our decorations are for domestic and event decoration only. Please follow this safety guidance:

• Balloons are air-fill only. Never use helium or gas — we don't supply it and don't claim balloons float.
• Un-inflated or burst balloons are a choking hazard. Keep children under 8 supervised and dispose of broken pieces immediately.
• Latex balloons contain natural latex — check for allergies. Never inflate near the eyes.
• Items with small parts are not suitable for children under 3 without supervision.
• Everything is flame-free and non-powered — keep paper and decorative items away from open flames, heat sources and cooking.
• Use paper table confetti indoors where possible and clear it away afterwards.

Products must be used as intended. We are not responsible for injury or damage resulting from misuse, ignoring safety guidance, or use outside a normal decorative context. Adults are responsible for supervising children around balloons and small parts.

Our theme designs are original and character-free. You may not reproduce our artwork or represent our products as another brand's. Bulk or wholesale enquiries should go through our bulk & event styling form.

We may refuse or cancel orders, restrict access, or remove content that breaches this policy or the law. Serious or repeated breaches may be reported to the relevant authorities. Questions? Email support@bighandevents.shop.
