You must be at least 18 to place an order. The site is not intended for children under 13. Customers aged 13–17 may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the order and for safe use of balloons and small parts.

We sell physical party decorations only — balloons, garlands, banners, backdrops, paper tableware, props and themed decoration sets. Product images are illustrative; colours and finishes may vary slightly.

All products are flame-free, non-powered and air-fill only. We do not sell candles, fireworks, sparklers, lighting, LEDs, batteries, helium or gas cylinders. Themed artwork is original and uses no licensed characters or brands.

• All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD) and include applicable item pricing; shipping is added at checkout.
• An order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we confirm or dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. pricing errors or stock issues) and will refund any payment taken.
• Payment is taken through our secure third-party payment provider. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Import duties or taxes, where they apply, are your responsibility and are set by your local customs authority.

You agree to use our products safely and as intended:

• Balloons are air-fill only — never fill with helium or gas from us; we don't supply it. Un-inflated or burst balloons are a choking hazard: keep children under 8 supervised and dispose of broken pieces immediately.
• Latex balloons contain natural latex — check for allergies. Never inflate near the eyes.
• Items with small parts are not suitable for children under 3 without supervision.
• Keep all paper and decorative items away from open flames and heat sources.
• Paper table confetti is best used indoors and cleared up afterwards.

• Membership is a recurring subscription billed monthly or yearly in USD. It provides service benefits (member pricing, free shipping, early access) — it is not credit, stored value or a product voucher.
• Benefits apply only while your membership is active. You can cancel at any time; your current billing period remains active until it ends and is not pro-rated.
• We may change tier pricing or benefits with reasonable notice, effective from your next renewal.

Your statutory cancellation and return rights apply. See our Returns Policy and Refund Policy. For hygiene and safety reasons, inflated balloons and opened paper tableware cannot be returned.

All site content, product photography, original theme artwork and the Partybloom name are owned by or licensed to BIG HAND EVENTS LTD. You may not copy, resell or reuse them without our permission.

We provide the site and products with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for misuse of products contrary to our safety guidance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your non-excludable consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version.
