How do the balloon garland kits work?+
They're air-fill — you inflate the balloons with a hand pump (included in the pump duo) and thread them onto the tape strip. We never use helium, so the garland won't float; it's designed to mount on a wall or stand.
Is anything a fire or electrical risk?+
No. Everything we sell is flame-free and non-powered. We don't sell candles, fireworks, sparklers, lighting, LEDs or batteries. Cake toppers are non-flame acrylic or paper.
Are the themes based on any characters?+
No. Every theme — dinosaurs, space, garden, ocean — uses our own original artwork with zero licensed characters, brands or logos.
Where do you ship and how much is it?+
We ship worldwide. Standard shipping is $12 and it's free on orders over $60. Import duties, where they apply, may be charged by your local customs.
What's your returns policy?+
Unopened, un-inflated items can be returned within 30 days (60 days for Bloom Club and Studio members). For hygiene reasons, inflated balloons and opened paper tableware can't be returned.
How does membership work?+
Partybloom Club is a pure subscription — member pricing, free shipping and early palettes. There are no credits or stored value; benefits apply while your membership is active and you can cancel anytime.
